Feel More Grounded

When we’re grounded, we are connected to our authentic self and have confidence in the decisions we make. We feel content with who we are, and because we’re in control of our physical, mental and emotional states, we’re not easily influenced by other individuals or ideas.

When we’re not grounded, we can find ourselves feeling uneasy, anxious or out of sorts. We might make unwise decisions, procrastinating or rushing into things. We may also experience energy levels that are out of balance - either feeling depleted or having excessive energy in our body. 

Grounding is simply bringing awareness back into the body, back into the senses and into the present - the here and now. So let’s spend a few minutes, mindfully focusing on feeling grounded, to help you as you face what life has in store this week.
