Center Yourself

Being centered means feeling physically, mentally and emotionally balanced and at peace. The center is the place we know we want to get back to when we’re not feeling like ourselves. 

When we’re out of center, we can be easily distracted, scattered, stuck or reactive. We might be feeling lost and not trusting ourselves, which impacts our thoughts, feelings and decisions.

Noticing when we are out of center is the first step to gently reminding ourselves to re-focus and re-center. So let’s spend a few minutes, mindfully returning to our center
